Amino Work Capacity

Amino Work Capacity
We recommend taking 1 scoop (36g of amino acids) or 1/2 a scoop (18g of amino acids) 45-60 minutes before training on an empty stomach added to 500 - 750ml of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Creatine
Take 1 scoop, and mix with at least 250ml of water, or add to your shake
Ultimate Protein
Take 1 scoop mixed with at least 250ml water in between meals or as a post-workout drink, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
