Christmas Closure

The Aliment office will be closed from December 24th to January 2nd 2025. Orders and enquiries will be handled upon our return.

PLEASE NOTE:

We offer free delivery as standard on all orders over £50 to be delivered within the UK. Also during checkout you will have the option to upgrade to our Next Day service for an additional fee.

All delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout and before you make payment. We deliver to Europe, America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you would like delivery to another location please contact us to arrange.

Orders placed before 12.00 noon (UK time) will be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day.

 

Customs and Duties Information

Due to new rules, taxes and duties may apply at customs entry for ‘EU’ (European Union) and ‘RoW’ (Rest of World). This is the customers responsibility and not payable by PRP Supplements (Aliment Ltd).

Order Tracking

Once full payment has been received we will dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email which will contain details on how to track your order (if available).

In some cases tracking information may not be immediately available for you to view. This is due to the time it takes for our couriers to load your delivery information on their systems. If this is the case please allow 12 hours and then try again.
